Bring a Buddy Program

Did you know you could earn extra money by bringing a buddy to work?

How it works:

When an employee brings someone to eliseo to apply for a position and the individual is hired, the Director will complete The Bring a Buddy Program form and turn it into accounting/payroll to initiate the $.50/hour.

It must be understood that the $.50 per hour will be paid for each hour worked by the recruited (Not for sick leave, vacation, holidays). Pay will be designated as recruitment bonus on paycheck and will be paid out in the following pay period.

If the new recruitment should leave the employment of eliseo for any reason, the additional recruitment bonus pay will stop.

If you recruit more than one employee, you will receive multiple bonuses.

So bring your friends to work and earn money!

Resident and Family Member Thank you's

My mother has been at eliseo for 18 months. She began in Assisted Living but was moved into the beautiful Northridge for Memory Care. The staff has been attentive and loving. While Mom misses living in her 3 bedroom house, I feel confident that she is well-taken care of; that her needs are being met. She recently spent a week in the hospital, and eliseo arranged for all transportation to and from and is now in their short-term intensive care wing. Now I know what aging in place means! And kudos for the staff being so attentive to the COVID guidelines and restrictions. I truly appreciate all the staff; those who have seen to Mom's needs and the behind the scenes operation. Thank you so much! My family and I are very grateful.

I publicly want to give a my gratitude to Ocean Station, Head Nursing , Social workers, financing department. A big shout out to the Front desk and any other team members I have forgotten. Thank you for being such a Great Team. During this ever changing climate, I Truly feel they have been supportive of my loved ones needs. Continuing to keep family as informed as possible. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed. You are so appreciated.

The care staff of the Alpine unit made my mom's last 9 months of her life safe and happy. Every day she would tell me that they love her and treated her like she was their mother. Knowing that mom was always cold they made sure to always wrap her in warmed blankets. She was always clean and smelled great. The nursing staff kept in close contact with me (daughter) and kept me up to date on all medical and personal issues. The entire staff was highly professional and compassionate. Mom was on Hospice however, it was the care staff/nurse who took care of mom and our family till the very end.

Thank you all!

My wife and I moved into eliseo nursing in June 2019. The staff - especially the nurses and nurses' aides - treats us and other residents with warmth kindness and skill. Even the agency staff meets this standard. The rooms and even the halls are full of natural light. You can step outdoors easily, into one of many courtyards. The overall atmosphere is open and friendly. For a large operation [several hundred residents in independent and assisted living and nursing] it runs smoothly for the most part with a humane and civilized vibe. We feel lucky. PS: the food is really good.
