Kevin McFeely

President and CEO

Kevin is the President & CEO at eliseo. Kevin received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Wayne State University, Detroit, MI and a Master's degree in Health Services Administration from George Washington University, Washington, DC.

He is passionate about serving seniors and has been actively involved with LeadingAge Washington in various officer roles and currently Chair of the Continuing Care Retirement Community Task Force. Kevin and his wife Cindy enjoy traveling the world and cheering for their four children on volleyball courts, basketball courts, baseball fields and beyond.

David Hoffman

David Hoffman

CFO

Prior to joining eliseo, David served in a similar role for a retail energy division of a Fortune 200 company here in the Tacoma area.  He received his accounting degree and MBA from St. Martin's University.  David also served in the military for four years as a tank gunner and reconnaissance scout.

David also serves as a financial advisor for many local and statewide agencies and other not-for-profit companies. In his spare time, David enjoys golfing, playing softball and spending time with his four children.

Audrie Jones

Director of Development

Audrie is the Director of Development and raises funds for the eliseo foundation and resident care programs. A Texas native, she has worked with nonprofit organizations for the last eight years in Midland (West Texas) before moving to the Auburn area in fall 2020. She has a B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Texas and spent six years as a newspaper reporter before starting a new career path in fundraising. In 2016, she earned both a Masters of Public Administration from the University of Texas-Permian Basin and her CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive) credential.

She enjoys getting to meet donors and their families and connecting people with causes that matter to them. There is a joy in giving and she considers it a blessing to get to help others experience that joy for themselves. In her spare time, she likes to run, swim and cook as well as help her husband care for his family’s six-acre blueberry farm.

Tyra Stewart

Director of Sales

Tyra is the Director of Sales at eliseo. She brings 15+ years of experience in the healthcare field which included roles as an Administrator, Admissions Director and Marketing Director for Home Health. She and her team are excited to embark on the journey of educating the community about the new expansion and growing our community by engaging and building relationships with both current and new residents.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending quality time with her family, friends and attending The Seattle Seahawks games as a season ticket holder for the last 13 years! GO HAWKS!

Anna Bonaro

Anna Bonaro

Chaplain

Chaplain Anna Bonaro recently served as the Associate Pastor for eliseo prior to serving as the Chaplain. Anna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Communication from Luther College, Decorah, Iowa, a Master of Divinity from Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary in Berkeley, CA, and completed a year hospital chaplain residency at UCSF in San Francisco, CA. She and her husband Adrian (also a Lutheran pastor) have two very active boys. Their family is rounded out by their miniature schnauzer, Gus.

Ryan Schroeder RN, BSN

Director of Nursing

Ryan is the Director of Nursing Services here at eliseo. He attended Pacific Lutheran University for his BSN degree where he graduated in 2006. Ryan served 8 years in the Army as an ICU nurse before deciding to try other fields of nursing. He has an extensive clinical background working in different areas of hospitals including surgical short stay, emergency room, and Intensive Care units. Ryan has spent the last 5 years working in long term care and most recently was the Assistant Director of Nursing for the assisted living here at eliseo.

Ryan enjoys spending time with his family traveling, going camping, playing and watching sports, and playing the guitar.

Brittny Sena

Director of Marketing and Public Relations

Brittny is the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at eliseo, previously serving as the Executive Assistant to the President & CEO and CFO. She has over eight years of experience working with nonprofits and in a healthcare setting. Growing up in a military household allowed her the opportunity to travel all over the globe and experience new cultures. Brittny is set to graduate in Spring 2023 with her Bachelor’s in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University.

When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling to new locations, cheering on her favorite Seattle sports teams, and sitting down to enjoy a good book!

Roger McGinness

Director of Human Resources

Roger is the Human Resources Director for eliseo. He is originally from St Louis, MO. and a diehard Cardinals baseball fan! Serving in the U.S. Army for 14 years provided him the opportunity to live all over the World and visit 27 different countries. Roger earned a bachelor's degree from Troy University in Alabama, an M.B.A from Southern New Hampshire and Master’s Degrees in HR Management and Public Health Administration from Central Michigan University. He has been working in the Human Resources field for 12 years and in the medical realm for the past 10. As a human resources specialist for the Federal Government, Roger had assignments in Washington, Hawaii and Germany, and most recently worked as the HR Director at Discovery Behavioral Health in Port Townsend, WA.

Roger has two beautiful children, Reggie and Olivia. Reggie is an Infantryman in the US Army stationed at Fort Drum, New York and Olivia is a senior in high school here in Washington State.

Director of community life shernell shobey

Shernell Shobey

Director of Community Life

Shernell is the Community Life Director at eliseo. Born and Raised in Southern California, she served in the US Army as a Medical Specialist before beginning her career working in the senior community. For more than 25 years she has been fortunate to combine her passion for seniors and work in roles such as Executive Director for Assisted Living, Resident Manager for independent Living and Activities Director. She joined the eliseo family in November 2021 and loves working with our awesome residents and staff!

Shernell enjoys spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and her Japanese Akita Suki. She also enjoys traveling to places such as Mexico, Hawaii and someday hopes to travel to Africa. She is Seahawks fan and has become a Washington State Cougar fan since her granddaughter started attending WSU. Go Hawks, go Cougs!

Brian MacDuff

Brian MacDuff

Director of Social Services/Administrator in Training

Brian MacDuff is the Director of Social Services and Administrator in Training at eliseo. He was born and raised in the Tacoma area and has spent most of his life in the PNW. After serving five years in the Navy onboard the USS Kittyhawk in Yokosuka, Japan, he completed his degree in Social Welfare at the University of Washington in Tacoma. Brian has worded in social services for the past eight years, with five of those being served at eliseo. He is currently enrolled in the Administrator in Training (AIT) program with an anticipated completion date of February 2023.

In his free time, Brian enjoys playing golf and basketball, supporting local sports teams (go Seahawks and Mariners!), fishing, and spending quality time with his wife, four boys, and three dogs.

Greg Byrge

Interim Administrator

Greg Byrge is currently serving as eliseo’s Interim Administrator and is a licensed and certified Nursing Home Administrator with more than 25 years of experience in the Senior Living and Skilled Nursing Industry. Greg earned his administrator license in 2000 from the National Association of Long Term Care Administrator Boards and Administrative Certification from the American College of Health Care Administrators (ACHCA) in 2011. A natural leader and mentor, Greg has acted as preceptor for many Administrators-in-Training through the course of his career and he has always been passionate about influencing continuous growth and innovation within the Senior Living Industry.

Hayli Walker

Executive Assistant

Hayli is the Executive Assistant for the President & CEO and CFO at eilseo.  Hayli was born and raised in Tacoma and loves this community.  She received her BA degree from the University of Washington, Tacoma.  Hayli has 14 years of experience working for nonprofits in administrative roles.

Hayli enjoys paddle boarding and exploring the beautiful pacific northwest.  She has a passion for volunteering and serving others.  She also enjoys playing trivia with friends and spending time with her family.
